Overview:
This course takes you through the entire life cycle in Private Equity – how the contributions is made into the fund;how to search and evaluate investment opportunities; how the investment is made and monitored by the fund, and finally how to exit from the investment.
The M&As section covers the types of transaction, an overview of the M&A process and key regulations. Structured finance gives an overview of project finance, debt syndication, securitization and distress debt.
This course covers the recommended training for the Private equity, M&As and Structured Finance certification. This certification is one of the two requirements for an Investment Banking certification.
